Space Systems Engineering Workshop Application Form

The African Space Agency (AfSA) and the European Space Agency (ESA) are jointly organizing a Training of Trainers on Space Systems Engineering, which will take place from October 7 to 10, 2025, at the ESA Education Training Centre, ESEC-Galaxia, Belgium.

To apply for this training, please complete the form in full and attach all required documents, including your resume and a letter of motivation. Applicants are strongly encouraged to make a thoughtful effort in preparing these documents. The letter of motivation should clearly explain:
 
* Why you are a strong candidate for this training
* What your expectations are
* How you plan to apply the skills and knowledge gained in your current role or organization
* How you will transfer the knowledge to others, in line with the “training of trainers” approach etc.

This information will be critical in the evaluation and selection process, as the training targets individuals who are well-positioned to create lasting impact within their institutions and across the broader space community in Africa.
